sunday, august 21. happy birthday to me! unfortunately, it wasn't such a happy day. andy is puking, scarlett is sick, and i am so tired from camping. at least howie has some spunk left in him!

saturday, august 20. we went to west edmonton mall on the way home form camping. howie is always fascinated with fountains. scarlett starting getting ill after this picture. andy was sick too. howie and i were glad they stuck it out so we could go on the rides at galaxyland with shawna, spencer and megan.

friday, august 19. we tried to get to the beach inbetween the rain clouds. it lasted about 20 minutes.

wednesday, august 17. we got to southridge camp (on ministikwan lake) you know when howie turns down a hot dog he must really be sick.

tuesday, august 16. heading to edmonton to stay at adam and alisons before we go camping. jude was happy to have a break.

tuesday, august 9. kyla giving scarlett princess lessons at the spray park. scarlett totally not getting it...

monday, august 8. we sang happy birthday to howie again because kyla and her kids came to stay. i love that isabelle is stopping seth from spitting blowing out the candles.

friday, august 5. we had howie's birthday party today. he wanted it at the spray park. we had a beach theme but a pirate left a map to find some treasure so a little bit of a pirate theme too. it rained just a bit but it was sunny and hot most of the time.

thursday, august 4. howie has been into making "plans" lately. plans to catch the bad guys. as in, he over heard them saying they were coming at 9 o'clock, just like in home alone.

wednesday, august 3. jude has been terrible at going to bed lately. he was so happy to see me when i came to get him out.

tuesday, august 2. i had to go to magrath today to sell our tent trailer. jude did not like his car seat today. when we got home he was so happy to be out of it he stayed up until 10:30 pm just playing on the floor.

monday, august 1. we went to sheep river falls today. the highlight of the day: a bear cub ran in front of the van. we never did see the mother bear.

sunday, july 31. scarlett sits here and waits whenever she is the first to get to the door. they thought they were so funny sitting here after church today.

saturday, july 30. me and the kids went to the river today (andy went hiking.) howie and scarlett had so much fun in the water. jude and me had fun with the self timer...

friday, july 29. i had the door open and this guy came in. there was screaming, jumping and two kids staring at me like i was crazy. i'm glad he landed on something that i could simply move back outside.

thursday, july 28. howie's all ready to go to hailey's fancy tea party birthday celebration. so handsome.

tuesday, july 26. we finally bought jude a highchair today. i braved ikea with 3 kids. it actually went well.

sunday, july 24. our fun day trip to magrath yesterday tired scarlett out. she fell asleep while we watched E.T.

saturday, july 23. andy went hiking today. he was clearly very tired. of all the sleeping pictures i have of him, this has got to be the funniest.

thursday, july 21. it started raining and scarlett wanted to go play in it. warm rain falls are the best.
